CANBERRA, ACT, Nov. 27 -- Murray-Darling Basin Authority issued the following news release:
Landholders and river users, including pumpers, on the Mitta Mitta River are advised to take into account the forecast releases of water from Dartmouth Dam and make any necessary adjustment to their river activities.
Transfers from Dartmouth Dam to Hume Dam are recommencing.
Releases from Dartmouth (measured at Coleman's gauge) are expected to increase to maximum flow of 3086 ML/day from Wednesday 3 December 2025 through to Sunday 14 December 2025 and then recede back to 624 ML/day by 23 December 2025.
All changes will be within the appropriate rates of rise and fall.
Please note system conditions may change. Another flow advice will be issued as release requirements change from those listed.

Landholders and river users on the Mitta Mitta are advised to regularly check the current flows and forecasts on the MDBA website for more information on releases from Dartmouth Dam. Summary information about the River Murray system is available in the River Murray weekly report.
